Instructions Of Turkey Burger with Bayonne Ham and Brie

Caramelized Onions:
  1. Cut your onions.
  2. Heat your pan, then add the butter and olive oil, onions and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes to an hour (stirring often), until your onions are caramelized.
Turkey Meat Patties:
  1. First, you’ll want to soak your bread for a few minutes in milk. Once the bread is soaked, wring out the milk and put the inner bread only in a bowl (you can skip the crust).
  2. Then add the turkey meat, egg, parmesan, parsley and spices in a large bowl and mix. Make sure you don’t over-mix the meat. Otherwise, it will be difficult.
  3.  If meat is wet, you can add a few bread crumbs, but don’t overdo it. You want the burgers to be slightly moist, because they will be juicier; Form 4 patties and set aside.
Mustard Aioli
  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise with both mustards and black pepper. Do not add salt, as your mayonnaise, as well as your mustards, are already salty.

Assemble Burgers:
  1. Preheat your grill hot; Spray your burgers with cooking oil and place them on the grill.
  2. Cook the burgers on each side for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place the slices of Bayonne ham on a metal sheet and place it on a grill next to the burgers.
  4. cook for a few minutes until you get the desired crisp; remove from grill; Once the burgers are cooked on both sides, add caramelized onions to each burger, garnish with brie slices and let melt.
  5. Remove the burgers from the grill, You can toast your rolls if that’s your preference, then add the mustard aioli, a lettuce leaf, an onion and cheese burger and garnish with crisp Bayonne ham.
  6. You can also add more aioli on the upper bun. Serve and taste!
