Ingredients of Veg Cheese Burger
- 4 hamburger buns, halved
- 1/2 pepper, finely chopped (green pepper)
- 2 tablespoons of American corn kernels
- 80 g of shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of refined oil
- 2 pinches of white pepper powder
- 1/2 g sliced tomato
- 4 medium cheese slices
- 1 1/2 small carrot, finely chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup
- 1/2 medium sliced cucumber

How to make a vegan cheese burger
To make this easy cheesy burger, put a saucepan over medium heat and heat the oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add the chopped onions, carrots, pepper and sauté these ingredients for a few minutes. Then add the tomato ketchup and mix well. Once these ingredients are properly sautéed, remove them from the flame and transfer them to a glass bowl.
Now add the mashed potatoes to this vegetarian mixture and sprinkle it with salt and white pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well and take portions of the mixture. Shape them into 4 round patties. Meanwhile, add the butter to a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium heat.
