INGREDIENTS of Yogurt Doughnut 

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • oil for frying
  • powder sugar for dusting

How to Make Yogurt Doughnut 

  1. Sift the flour, baking soda and the salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs and add them to the flour.
  3. Add the sugar, yogurt, vanilla and mix well.
  4. Heat the oil on medium high.
  5. Drop the dough by the tablespoon, in the hot oil and fry for a minute or until golden. Flip the doughnuts and continue to fry them until done.
  6. Drain them on paper towels.
  7. Dust the doughnuts with powder sugar and serve warm.
